Hi there,
My conversation with The Accidental Mystic, Rebecca Kastl is now ready for you to watch! In her twenties, while working through severe sexual assault and trauma (from when she was in her teens), Rebecca spontaneously devoted her life to God in her journal. That same night, she saw a radiant light that spoke to her — and everything changed. She began seeing light within everyone, experiencing psychic dreams, alternate timelines, and communication with angels. What followed was a complete transformation of how she viewed consciousness, connection, and healing.
Rebecca now shares her story to bridge the gap between science and spirituality — helping others trust their intuition, understand mystical experiences, and reconnect with divine guidance in everyday life.
Rebecca didn’t believe in any of this prior to her experience
I always find it especially interesting when I interview someone who used to be a skeptic and is now living a completely different life. Rebecca was born to a MD-PhD father and psychologist mother, so understandably she wasn’t exactly spiritual growing up. Instead, she was analytical and questioned everything. It took her years to even decide to share this story and for a long time, she thought she may have gone crazy.
You don’t have to die to have an NDE-like experience
Rebecca’s two year experience scores on the Greyson scale of NDEs. She explains that the insights you can gain from having and NDE are actually available to everyone. Through practices like meditation, you can access the same type of knowledge.
Fear loses its power when you name it out loud
Rebecca had an experience that I have been having for the last twelve years… Sleep Paralysis. She describes dark shadow entities circling her bed, trying to poke her heart and torment her soul. It was only when she realized that nothing could harm her and she didn’t have to be scared, that these experiences melted away. As soon as she saw these fears for what they were, they disappeared completely and she hasn’t had another sleep paralysis episode since.
